We’re looking for someone to fill the following positions:
Job Tittle: Leasing Manager – Mall Management
Description of the Job
The Lease Manager is in charge of monitoring all elements of leasing management, developing leasing plans to find new clients, and negotiating with potential renters to optimize income in accordance with the business plan.
He also ensures that the property’s tenant mix is in line with the company’s business plan and market demand in order to meet the company’s goals.
Manages leasing operations on a day-to-day basis and assures resource optimization.
Establish goals and targets, and monitor them on a regular basis to ensure that they are met.
Lease vacant space in accordance with the lease plan / schedule’s relevant time frames, as well as the defined retailer mix and target market.
Manages all leasing activities, including soliciting new tenants, evaluating potential customers, negotiating rental rates, and developing appealing lease packages.
Complete existing retailer renewals in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on the status and performance of leasing activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
Implement all required documentation in the completion of actions such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out, and renovations.
Work with other department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.
A graduate degree in business, retail management, or retail real estate is preferred.
Extensive leasing management experience.
3 years of lease management experience is required (mall manager level)
Experience with mixed-use developments and the luxury section of the market
Computer software applications are well-understood.
Strong business sense and a thorough understanding of commercial leasing are required.
Good grasp of mall leasing management Relationships with major regional retail groups Experience working with new-to-market retailers
A thorough awareness of mall operations, as well as the policies and procedures that govern them.
Lease contracts, documentation, clauses, and interpretation are all well-understood.
Knowledge of lease contracts and negotiations, as well as experience with tender management.
Excellent customer service abilities and strong negotiation and sales skills
General understanding of the legislation governing landlord-tenant relationships in your area.
